All you see here, the unique assembly, art, images, text, and overall vibe presented are my own original creation unless otherwise stated. The design framework and layout draw inspiration from award-winning industry leaders. You may not copy, steal, repost without credit, or parade my work around like you made it, claim ownership, modify or warp my pieces into something unrecognizable, or pretend any part of this site is open-source just because you wish it was. You get a personal, non-commercial pass to look at my work and enjoy it. Nothing more.
2. Prohibited Use
Do not tamper with the site, try to hack it, scrape it, spam it, break it, or unleash anything on it you wouldn’t aim at your own computer. Automated scraping tools, bots, and other digital gremlins are forbidden unless I explicitly say otherwise.
3. Third-Party Links
Sometimes I link out to other places on the internet. Those places are not me. I don’t control them, I don’t babysit them, and I’m not responsible for whatever chaos they contain.

The site is offered as is. No promises of flawless uptime, smooth loading, or cosmic enlightenment. If something glitches, breaks, or behaves like a haunted toaster, that’s life.

6. Use of Content for AI Training
My art is not your dataset. Do not scrape it, train AI on it, feed it into machine-learning models, or use it for any automated “creative pipeline.” No “but it’s open on the internet,” no excuses, no sneaky tech-bro definitions of fair use. If you want to involve my work in anything AI-related, you need explicit written permission from me. If permission is denied, that’s the end of it. Unauthorized AI use is strictly forbidden.
7. Sharing and Attribution
Sharing my work for strictly non-commercial purposes (e.g., social media or blogs) is welcome, provided you credit me properly. To comply, you must visibly use my name, Aimy Gwen, and/or link back to my site or original post whenever possible. Do not remove signatures, watermarks, or distort the piece. All commercial use—including prints, merch, NFTs, or use in AI training/styles—is strictly forbidden and requires my explicit written permission first.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by German law and the applicable laws of the European Union. Should a legal dispute arise, that is the rulebook.
9. Changes to These Terms
I can update these Terms whenever I feel like it. The date below tells you when I last did. If you stick around after changes go live, that means you accept them.
